This workout is perfect for the modern overscheduled trainee, increasing strength, improving cardiovascular capacity, burning fat, building muscle and boosting metabolism, all in 30 min or less!

ENDURANCE TRAINING

trains the aerobic system, to increase your cardiovascular strength as well as muscular endurance. Running and skipping rope are my choice of an endurance workout.
 

TRX - SUSPENSION TRAINING

is a complete body workout which strengthens your core, builds muscle and burns calories! It is functional training which will prepare your body for what you do and want to achieve. Applying body weight exercises with the suspension trainer, you will gain core stability, flexibility, strength and endurance.
